Season’s greetings, my fellow vagabonds.
At some point last year I was fooling around with the classic 1960s Spider-Man cartoon theme song on my trusty guitar over a morning coffee, and I started improvising lyrics for the 1960s Aquaman cartoon in a Marvel-DC crossover event the likes we’ve never seen. It made sense that Aquaman should have his own theme tune, in that moment.
Fast forward to December this year and myself and my pal Kev, aka Kapone, published a full 1960s style Aquaman animation to accompany the recorded parody theme song. It was a lot of work, but hopefully worth it. The release of the Aquaman film sequel (Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom) was a happy coincidence with the timing of this animation.
Bearing in mind I started to teach myself how to animate a few months ago, I’m pretty pleased with this enormous 60 seconds or so effort.
if you enjoy the video above, please consider liking, sharing, and maybe even subscribing to my YouTube channel for more animations in the new year.
Hope you all have had/are having, a replenishing break from the daily grind.
Yours,
Fargo.
